ESCROW OFFICERS
Our Escrow Officers coordinate and manage the closing process from contract to completion. They work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals to prepare documents, balance funds, and ensure every detail of the transaction is handled accurately and securely.

ESCROW ASSISTANTS
Escrow Assistants support the escrow officers by preparing files, coordinating documentation, and assisting with communication throughout the closing process. Their attention to detail helps keep transactions organized, on schedule, and running smoothly for everyone involved.

TITLE CURATIVE
The Title Curative team works behind the scenes to resolve issues that may appear in a property's title history. By researching records, coordinating with attorneys and agencies, and clearing defects, they ensure that the property can be transferred with clear and marketable title.

SHIPPING
The Shipping team ensures that closing packages and documents are properly assembled, recorded, and delivered to the appropriate parties after closing. Their work keeps transactions moving forward and ensures all documentation reaches lenders, clients, and agencies quickly and securely.
